Being among 15 licensed audit firms auditing insurance companies in Turkey, we are also among 20 audit firms licensed by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) to audit banks and have the authorization for practice under International Auditing Standards.
Our services consists of tax consultancy, assurance-audit and legal-advisory services, and include auditing, accounting, Capital Market Board reporting, tax consulting and planning, tax inspections, merger and acquisition consulting, litigation support and forensic accounting, and other consulting services on corporate management, internal audit, firm-specific fiscal and management consulting and strategic business planning. |
