Established in 1971 as an accounting research and consulting company named as OR-MAM Consulting, TURKERLER incorporated various services and qualifications to its services and serviced as Masum Turker Auditing and Consulting between 1981-1988, The Company has been practicing as TURKERLER Auditing Tax Consulting, Inc. since 1981.
With our willingness to be one step forward, we have always been monitoring changes and trends in global and national finance, and looking for ways to consummate our corporate structure, progress and augment our audit and consulting services. We are among the first group of audit firms in Turkey that have been authorized by Capital Market Board and Energy Market Regulatory Authority to audit companies under related standards. Being among 15 licensed audit firms auditing insurance companies in Turkey, we are also among 20 audit firms licensed by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) to audit banks and have the authorization for practice under International Auditing Standards.
Our services consists of tax consultancy, assurance-audit and legal-advisory services, and include auditing, accounting, Capital Market Board reporting, tax consulting and planning, tax inspections, merger and acquisition consulting, litigation support and forensic accounting, and other consulting services on corporate management, internal audit, firm-specific fiscal and management consulting and strategic business planning. |
